  • ECMS - Army Publishing Directorate

The Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) controls the authoring, coordinating, publishing, fielding distribution, input and output, maintenance, and archiving of information that supports the Army Publishing Directorate (APD). It captures all of the APD business requirements for publishing Army-wide publications. DTS has developed and launched a web-based database as part of this system. We are in the process of developing a second web-based database to support ECMS. The databases are the Publishing Records & Tracking Application (PRTA) and the Publication Content Management Program (PCMP).
